YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement sent via email. Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you within 30 days using the same payment method used for your order. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
The following types of goods cannot be returned: - Custom or personalized items.
- Goods that are perishable or have expired.
- Goods that are unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Benchbar.co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
